Lightburn's brand was in need of a refresh. We were evolving as a company, and we felt that the current brand no longer represented the type of work we were doing, who we were, or where we were going.

Design Of The People

We decided upon “handcrafted digital” as the primary pillar of our new identity. This direction was meant to reflect the people behind the work—our new brand should be fun, flexible, and inspiring. I wanted to make something simple that we could easily remix and reuse as needed.

This approach allowed me to easily explore applications and mediums that I wasn’t able to in the past. I was able to personalize it per person while still representing Lightburn as a whole.
